ADULT & YOUTH FITNESS TRAINING

Unfortunately, the fitness industry is saturated with inexperienced, unqualified individuals who haphazardly prescribe ineffective “cookie cutter” exercise programs for their clients. In contrast with
this, Charles Smith brings a vast amount of knowledge of fitness and health along with a mature, business-like work ethic to his services with each and every client.
 
Adult Fitness Training
Mature adults may have special medical or rehabilitation needs. All of the custom fitness programs that Charles creates take into account your specific medical needs, fitness goals and time constrains.  Charles will discuss these issues with you extensively, including medication interactions with exercise and specific types of exercise that will potentially improve metabolic conditions.

You will receive a full assessment prior to beginning any exercise (individual or group), including a complete health history, posture, core, back screening and strength and cardiovascular testing. If you have medical conditions, these will be taken into account from the start. Charles truly believes that weight loss, higher levels of general fitness, and improved athletic or performance conditioning is attainable at any age with the right program, guidance and accountability.

Youth Fitness Training

 A key motivator for youth is accurate tools to measure on-going improvement or lack of improvement. Charles offers personal training for maximum results in the shortest amount of time as well as groups to capitalize on the benefits of camaraderie and competitiveness! Youth fitness training can take place in a number of training environments. Youth fitness camp-style intensives are also available. Charles has a tremendous amount of respect for the challenges facing youth today who desire to maintain optimal weight and fitness.
