SPORTS STRENGH AND CONDITIONING TRAINING

If your desire is to be at the top of your game at any age, Fitness 4 All Ages is the answer you’ve been looking for! Charles Smith has well-rounded athletic experience (see About Us) and has  trained middle school, high school and college athletes. He has also worked extensively with military personnel preparing them for their Physical Readiness Tests. He understands the demands of sports strength and conditioning training and will create a program with the variety and cross-training you need to avoid stress injuries.

One-on-One Training
If you are looking for maximum results in the shortest amount of time, one-on-one training may be the ideal. A flexible schedule of gym, outdoor and field training can be combined with exercise assignments for times when you need to continue your fitness program but cannot be in person with Charles.

Training for Individual or Team Sports
Charles is excited about working with youth and mature adults to achieve sports-related fitness goals. Take your training to the next level or recover from injury quickly and smoothly. Charles can work with your team coach as needed to send you back into your game in top form or keep you at optimal fitness during the off-season.
